Plastic Injection Moulding
Our company has been specializing in the production of plastic components by injection molding for many years. It is a comprehensive process, starting from the concept and design stage, through the creation of appropriate tools and moulds, to serial production.
Our diverse machine park allows us to produce both small and large-size products.
Modern injection molding machines with a clamping force of 80 to 1200 tons ensure high production efficiency as well as precision and repeatability of the injection process, resulting in the highest quality of final products. The large warehouse area enables us to maintain high availability of items, facilitating quickly and efficiently order fulfillment.
Our well equipped tool room, which includes machine tools, EDM machines, wire cutters, lathes, grinders, milling machines and CNC machining centers, completes our extensive machine facilities and enables us to comprehensively implement even the most demanding projects.
The quality of our products is our priority, therefore, at the design stage, we advise the client on the selection of the appropriate material, taking into account the application of the product, its durability and the cost of its production.
We process the following materials: PA-GF (0 –> 30%), PP, HDPE, PMMA, POM, ABS, TPE, PA, PC, PS.
In response to our clients’ expectations and the growing environmental awareness, some of our products are made of recycled materials.
